We welcome Dr. Warren Hammer as our key speaker on Friday evening and on Saturday. Dr. Hammer is the author of Functional Soft Tissue Examination and Treatment by Manual Methods, 3rd Edition, in addition to many published articles and is a nationally and internationally renowned lecturer.

Warren Hammer DC, MS, DABCO will be spending 12 hours discussing the soft tissue approach to the functional evaluation and treatment of common spinal and extremity problems. He will also be adding spinal evaluation and treatment regarding sciatica by determining which spinal segment to treat based on a spinal functional examination. (Bring portable tables if you have them).

Exhibit Hall Dates: October 31 - November 2, 2008
Show Hours:
- Friday 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Set-Up: Friday, October 31, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Take-Down: 1:00 p.m. Sunday November 2nd
Please have everything cleared by 5:00 p.m.
Registration: Please check in at registration desk opening at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Exhibitors will receive a packet of information including luncheon tickets, name badges, convention program and itinerary.
Space Assignment: Please contact Stephanie Higgins with requests. We will make efforts not to place direct competitors in close proximity.
Booth Dimension: 8’ x 8’ with a 8’ back drop and matching 3’ side curtains.
Booth Rental Includes: One 6’ skirted display table, one folding chair, a two-line identification sign and one Saturday luncheon ticket. If additional lunches are needed please indicate so on the exhibitor contract.
Power and Light: Electrical outlets will be supplied by the hotel for all booths. One extension will be provided.

Registration Packet Inserts
Exhibitors may have a full page insert placed into the registration packet each doctor receives at the seminar. Companies who do not exhibit at the seminar may also place an insert for a slightly higher fee.
