Corrinne Ball
Corrinne is a graduate of Southern State Community College (1986) as a Licensed Practical Nurse and 2001 with an Associates Degree in Nursing. Certified as a Professional Coder in 2009. Her clinical experience has focused on Neurology, Pulmonology, Pediatrics, Telemetry and Critical care. Most of her clinical experience was obtained at Scripps Clinic in San Diego, California. She has worked for National Government Services for five years, as a Medical Review Analyst and Provider Outreach and Clinical Education Consultant.

Carolyn S Henson, CPC, PCS
Carolyn has over fifteen years experience as a Medicare educator, both for internal departments and the provider community of National Government Services. She currently works in the Provider Outreach and Education Department and educates on Medicare billing coverage and policies.

Carolyn is a Certified Professional Coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders and a Professional Coding Specialist through the American College of Medical Coding Specialists. Carolyn is also a certified Langevin Training and Development Master Trainer.

Daniel J. Murphy, DC, DABCO
Daniel J. Murphy, DC, DABCO, a graduate of Western States Chiropractic College and a Diplomat in Chiropractic Orthopedics, has more than 29 years of practice experience. He serves as part-time undergraduate faculty at Life Chiropractic College West and post-graduate faculty of several chiropractic colleges. He is the Vice President of the International Chiropractic Association, coordinator of a certification program, Chiropractic Spinal Trauma, and has taught more than 1,200 post-graduate continuing education seminars in the U.S. and abroad. He is a contributing author to the books Motor Vehicle Collision Injuries, editions 1 and 2, and Pediatric Chiropractic, and writes a quarterly column in the American Journal of Clinical Chiropractic. Kirk Lee, DC, CCSP
Dr. Lee is a 1980 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is a member of the Palmer College of Chiropractic Post Graduate Faculty and Parker College of Chiropractic Post Graduate Faculty. He has lectured nationwide on sports injuries and the adolescent athlete. Presently, he is Fist Vice President of the Palmer College of Chiropractic International Alumni Association and Team Chiropractor for Albion High School athletics. Dr. Lee currently practice in Albion, MI.

Joy Long
Joy’s passion is using her many years of health care experience and human interaction to find ways to empower providers and transform the environments they work within.

Joy has a BS in Education, a BS in Communications, a pending MS in Health Administration, and a variety of specialty certifications, including Certified Professional Coder. She has acted as trainer for many organizations, and has been adjunct faculty and guest lecturer at several area colleges. Joy has authored articles published in journals.
